Do we need skiing or snowboarding experience?

No experience is needed. Snow play and tobogganing activities are perfect for beginners and non-skiers who simply want to enjoy the snow.

What should we wear for snow play?

We recommend warm clothing, waterproof jackets, gloves, and sturdy footwear. Snow gear rentals are available if you don’t have your own.

Are toboggans provided or can we bring our own?

Toboggans are available on site and included with access to designated tobogganing areas. Personal equipment may be restricted for safety reasons.

How long can we stay in the snow play area?

Access is typically session-based, giving families plenty of time to enjoy activities while ensuring crowd comfort and safety.
